Important Dates to Note
Evaluations and team assignments are still In full force, but the season starts next week! Practice schedules will be out as soon as possible for the month of September.
Please pencil in a couple of important dates coming up:
Coaches Meeting: Thursday, September 2nd - 6:30p - RecPlex South Upstairs Room
Board Meeting: Due to the Labor Day holiday, the STP September Board Meeting will be moved to Tuesday, Sept 7th at 6:00pm at Rec Plex. Specific location will be confirmed soon.
Team Meetings - September 7th through 12th: RecPlex South Meeting Room and Upstairs Room will be open for teams to host Team Meetings on a first come basis, no reservations will be accepted. If your at Wentzville you can ask the attendant when your there to open a Party Room for your team to use, no reservations. After September 12th RecPlex Rooms require a 5 days notice to reserve. Calling all Team Managers! If you are interested In Team Managing for 6U, 8U, Travel or Recreational Hockey, we are scheduling the Team Manager Informational Meeting for Thursday, Sept 9th!
6U/8U - 6:00pm
Travel Hockey and Recreational Hockey - 7:15pm
Upstairs meeting room at Rec Plex South.
8U Coaches Meeting: September 10th - 8:00p RecPlex South Upstairs Room
Coaches: The Missouri Hockey Coaching Meeting will be held via zoom on Sunday, September 12th. Please go to the new MO Hockey Home Page to stay up to date on those details. We will also share them when we get any updates. They will hold a session for each age division. Please note that MO Hockey has moved to Crossbar! Their old website is still accessible so make sure you are on their Crossbar website for the latest and up to date information.
Teams will be allowed to use the front meeting room at the Rec Plex the first two weeks of the season on a first come, first serve basis to have team meetings. The upstairs meeting room will also be available during these weeks with the exception of Tuesday, Sept 7th and Thursday, Sept 9th. No food or drinks will be able to be brought in for these meetings.
