2020/21 MO Hockey Divisions

For the upcoming 2020/21 season, exciting changes have been made at MO Hockey.  Clubs have combined to form three POD teams for the CSDHL , The St. Louis Knights, The St. Louis Eagles, and the St. Louis Sting. These three teams will now be MO Hockey’s AA level.

In order to try to minimize the number of teams in any given division and to eliminate the stigma of two divisions designated by colors, the following are the new divisions for 10U (Squirts) and 12U (PeeWees):

A1, A2, A3

B1, B2, B3

C1, C2, C3

If you have any questions concerning the new structure, please contact Larry Bumb.

Covid 19 Update

USA Hockey has said to follow local mandates and guidelines in accordance with our local affiliate Missouri Hockey.  Missouri Hockey is planning on having a season with all clubs. We will follow local guidelines as posted by the St. Peters RecPlex and St. Charles County Guidelines. Following are their current guidelines: St. Peters RecPlex does not currently have a player restriction for on ice but they do have protocols for off ice. Masks are highly encouraged and are available at the front door but not required. One Guardian per player, players can not be in the locker rooms until 15 minutes prior to their skate and must leave the locker rooms by 15 minutes after their skate. There are no concessions, showers or water fountains available in the building and locker rooms, so players must bring their own clearly marked water bottles. All to follow St. Peters RecPlex protocols as posted at the facility. Currently the more restrictive St. Louis County limits 34 on the ice, this does not apply to the RecPlex and we may have more players on the ice and they are allowed to scrimmage at the current time. Parking spots are limited at the South Building lots and all must enter the front entrance. Parking is also available closer to the North Building.

Financial Assistance Opportunity

The St. Peters Hockey Club (STPHC) established the Brandon Bollig Fund to assist eligible families in meeting their financial commitments for participating in STPHC’s youth hockey program. The fund provides financial assistance to current members who may find themselves in a difficult financial situation, which would otherwise prevent their children from participating in the STPHC programs. The Brandon Bollig Fund Scholarship Assistance program will provide assistance to offset registration fees associated with the League Play and ADM programs. This Scholarship Assistance program will not provide financial assistance to offset travel, equipment, jersey costs, etc. No Scholarship Assistance is awarded for the Learn to Skate, Learn to Play, or 6U programs.

For additional details on this program please contact the Club Treasurer at treasurer@stpetersspirithockey.net.

St. Peters Hockey Club will adhere to the following policies for the 2020/21 season when circumstances involve COVID-19. Please understand that there is no way to have a policy created for every situation that could arise involving COVID-19, but the Board of Directors will address situations/concerns as they arise throughout the season.

COVID-19 Refund Policy
