Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Introduction to Hockey

Refunds issued up to January 1, 2022 less a 5% service fee.

6 & Under

Refunds (minus a 5% administration fee) may be requested up until placement on a team. Leaving the club after being placed on a team results in forfeiture of initial deposit amount. Partial refunds due to significant injury with over 60 days of the season missed or relocation are often honored but must be requested through the club treasurer.

8U Program

Refunds (minus a 5% administration fee) may be requested up until placement on a team. Leaving the club after being placed on a team results in forfeiture of initial deposit amount. Partial refunds due to significant injury with over 60 days of the season missed or relocation are often honored but must be requested through the club treasurer.

Club Hockey

Refunds (minus a 5% administration fee) may be requested up until placement on a team. Leaving the club after being placed on a team results in forfeiture of initial deposit amount. Partial refunds due to significant injury with over 60 days of the season missed or relocation are often honored but must be requested through the club treasurer.

Midgets 15U - 16U

Tryout fees are non-refundable. Leaving a team after accepting roster spot results in forfeiture of initial deposit. Partial refunds due to significant injury or relocation are often honored but must be requested through the club treasurer.

Spring/Summer Mini-Camps

Due to the limitations on participates NO REFUNDS will be granted. Parents and players must follow all guidelines or will be prohibited from participating and no refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Registrations are not transferable.

Spring League

Refunds will be given in full for players not placed on a Spring Team. Refund request prior to March 25th will be credited less a 5% refund service fee. No refunds after March 25th.

Refund Policy for Youth Ice Hockey Tournament Fundraising Event Overview We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate all participants to the best of our abilities. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be granted for the Youth Ice Hockey Tournament Fundraising Event. Cancellation by Participant 1. Full Refund: • A full refund will be issued if a participant cancels their registration at least 30 days prior to the start date of the tournament. 2. Partial Refund: • A 50% refund will be issued if a participant cancels their registration between 15 to 29 days prior to the start date of the tournament. 3. No Refund: • No refund will be issued if a participant cancels their registration within 14 days of the start date of the tournament. Cancellation by Organizer 1. Full Refund: • If the tournament is cancelled by the organizers for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees. Inclement Weather Policy 1. Rescheduled Event: • If the tournament is postponed due to inclement weather, participants will be given the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a full refund. 2. Cancelled Event: • If the tournament is cancelled due to inclement weather and cannot be rescheduled, participants will receive a full refund. Illness or Injury 1. Medical Refund: • Participants who are unable to attend the tournament due to illness or injury must provide a doctor’s note to receive a full refund, regardless of the cancellation date. Transfer of Registration 1. Transfer Policy: • Participants may transfer their registration to another individual at no additional cost. The request for transfer must be made at least 7 days prior to the start date of the tournament. How to Request a Refund 1. Request Procedure: • To request a refund, participants must email the tournament organizers with their full name, registration details, and reason for cancellation. 2. Processing Time: • Refund requests will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. Non-Refundable Items 1. Donations: • Any donations made during the registration process are non-refundable and will be used to support the youth ice hockey program. 2. Merchandise: • Any merchandise purchased during registration is non-refundable once delivered. This policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all participants and ensure the smooth operation of our fundraising event. Thank you for your understanding and support of our youth ice hockey program.

Midgets 18U Sting Showcase

Tryout fee is nonrefundable.

STP 6U Snowball Jam

Refunds less a 5% service fee will be issued up through December 23rd.

STP 8U Snowball Jam

Refunds issued up to November 15th less 5% service fee.
