Club Hockey 10U-12U-14U

This program is for players who turn 9 during this calendar year up to players who turn 14 this year. Players who turn 8 this year are allowed to try out for this program but must be placed on an A2 or higher team to play up.

Registration will open in Mid-June and close in Mid-August. Evaluations are held in August. Practices late August and your season runs until the middle of March. Games typically start at the end of September and the league season ends with the playoffs in late February.

Our goal is for each player to receive 3-4 ice times per week, which include skills practices, team practices, home games, and away games.

A typical week would be 1-2 touches during the week and 2 touches on the weekend. Away games count as a touch, and we look at the total number of touches (home and away combined).

Please note that some weeks will include holidays and tournaments, so not every week will follow this structure—though the majority will.

We do not follow a fixed schedule, so practices can be held any day of the week. Weekday practices typically begin no earlier than 5:00 PM.

Important: Weekend ice times depend heavily on team availability. If your team is not available on weekends, it may be difficult to accommodate 3-4 touches per week.

For St. Peters Hockey, we consider skills practices to be just as important as — or even more important than — team practices.

Training Center Access

Included in your dues are 2-4 monthly visits to our training center. Each visit includes an instructor-led workout session and time in our shooting lanes.

Teams in this program play full-ice games. Missouri Hockey League is comprised of area teams and will require your team to play Declaration Games to determined which League Level your team is placed. The Missouri Hockey League determines also how many games you will play. Typically, your team will play approximately 4 Declaration games and 12-18 season league games. Missouri Hockey can place multiple St. Peters Teams in the same league. Your team may also vote to participate in both local and travel tournaments to pick up additional games.
